Customer Service Administrator
Full Time Role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

We are seeking an experienced administration officer with a customer service focus to work as an office all-rounder performing varied duties within our friendly team. If you have prior call centre or reception experience, coupled with administration skills then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities include
Processing online inquiries/job requests from clients and care providers.
Provide a professional level of communication and customer service skills.
Processing inbound and outbound calls.
Liaise with internal and external providers in an efficient and courteous manner.
Respond to inquiries for information on our trades and service offerings.
Provide accurate administration and data entry skills.
Data entering reporting updates.
General administration duties.
