Full Time Role Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm at our Seaford Office.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic administration assistant (in a combined role working in both the accounts and commercial divisions) to join our property & home maintenance business.
We have Franchisees and Independent Contractors servicing clients in numerous states around Australia. We cover all aspects of home maintenance services, effectively a one stop shop, for any home and property maintenance needs. We are an approved NDIS provider supplying support services and care to clients in their own home.
Key Responsibilities include.

Accounts payable and receivable experience.

Experience in Reckon.

Experience in running payroll runs

Process enquiries/job requests for NDIS /general clients via phone or online.

Process NDIS referrals from support coordinators, providers or participants.

Ensuring NDIS service agreements and referral paperwork is up to date.

Provide a professional level of communication and customer service skills.

Liaise with internal and external providers and support coordinators in an efficient and courteous manner.

Provide accurate administration and data entry skills.

Processing work dockets and data entering reporting updates.

General administration duties.
The successful applicant will have the following skills & attributes.

Proven previous experience in an accounts administration role.

Experience with Reckon data base.

Well-developed communication skills, with a clear phone voice.

Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Advanced skills in excel, outlook, emailing and Reckon.

An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

An ability to multi-task in this varied role.

Ability to follow procedures and instructions.

Enjoy working in a close knit team environment.

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Right to live and work in Australia.
